PVDF pellet is a homopolymer polyvinylidene fluoride product with a relatively low melt viscosity. It belongs to thermoplastic fluororesin. This resin has excellent mechanical strength and toughness, and is resistant to most chemical media. It is suitable for preparing related PVDF products through processing techniques such as injection molding and extrusion.

This material is widely used in wire and cable insulation, chemical processing equipment and advanced energy storage systems, such as lithium batteries. In addition, as a powder form, it is widely used in architectural coatings for weather-resistant exterior walls.

Packaing:

The product is packed in two layers of plastic bags and placed in paper drums, with a net weight of 25kg per drum.

Transportation and Storage:

1. When applying and processing the product, appropriate labor protection equipment should be worn to eliminate safety hazards such as inhalation of toxic gases and high-temperature burns. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited in the workplace, and corresponding exhaust devices should be installed.

2. Products that have been opened but not put into use must be strictly sealed to prevent foreign objects from mixing in.

3. Store the product in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources.

4. During transportation, pay attention to sun protection, moisture prevention, upright placement and gentle handling.

5. Product waste must be disposed of in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
