PFA pellet (Perfluoroalkoxy) is a high-performance fluoropolymer known for its exceptional thermal stability and superior chemical resistance. Often called a melt-processable version of PTFE, it retains the outstanding properties of fluoropolymers while offering enhanced processability for complex designs.

This premium material boasts excellent mechanical strength, even at elevated temperatures, outperforming many other plastics. Its non-stick, low-friction surface, combined with outstanding weatherability and flame retardancy, makes it ideal for demanding environments. PFA is also an excellent electrical insulator.

PFA Resin comes in various forms, including granules, powders and dispersions, and supports multiple manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, extrusion and coating. The main applications include high-purity fluid processing systems in chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, high-temperature wire and cable sheaths, as well as non-stick coatings for industrial and food processing applications.

Packaing

The product is packed in two layers of plastic bags and placed in paper drums, with a net weight of 25kg per drum.

Transportation and Storage

1. When applying and processing the product, appropriate labor protection equipment should be worn to eliminate safety hazards such as inhalation of toxic gases and high-temperature burns. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited in the workplace, and corresponding exhaust devices should be installed.

2. Products that have been opened but not put into use must be strictly sealed to prevent foreign objects from mixing in.

3. Store the product in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources.

4. During transportation, pay attention to sun protection, moisture prevention, upright placement and gentle handling.

5. Product waste must be disposed of in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
