It offers excellent thermal stability for continuous use up to 200°C, superior non-stick characteristics, and high optical clarity. Furthermore, FEP is an excellent electrical insulator with a very low dielectric constant, and it meets stringent UL94 V-0 flammability standards.

Packaing

The product is packed in two layers of plastic bags and placed in paper drums, with a net weight of 25kg per drum.

Transportation and Storage

1. When applying and processing the product, appropriate labor protection equipment should be worn to eliminate safety hazards such as inhalation of toxic gases and high-temperature burns. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited in the workplace, and corresponding exhaust devices should be installed.

2. Products that have been opened but not put into use must be strictly sealed to prevent foreign objects from mixing in.

3. Store the product in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources.

4. During transportation, pay attention to sun protection, moisture prevention, upright placement and gentle handling.

5. Product waste must be disposed of in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
